Importantly, the California Rules provide essential information about Judicial Council forms and court room procedures. However, most textbooks contain few, if any, California Rules of Court. Notably, in this book only actual and current California Family Code laws a California Rules of Court; all old rules and no-longer-valid laws have been removed.
